LetsClarify ("the Service") provides an API-driven infrastructure for collecting structured human input. The Service allows programmatic creation of forms, distribution of unique URLs, and retrieval of structured responses. The Service does not send emails, manage user accounts, or provide persistent storage beyond the configured retention period.
By using the Service (via API or web interface), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We strive to provide the Service without interruption and free of errors, but cannot guarantee this. Warranty is governed by statutory provisions. No additional guarantees are provided.
All form data, submissions, and uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted after the configured retention period. Early deletion is possible using the delete token. Deleted data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service enforces rate limits per IP address. Exceeding rate limits results in HTTP 429 responses. Persistent abuse may result in temporary or permanent IP blocks.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. Material changes will be announced with reasonable advance notice.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. As the Service is provided immediately upon API key registration, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of use, provided the user has expressly consented to this.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Karlsruhe, provided the user is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
